■ The supreme controlling organ of UEFA whose decisions are binding on all UEFA member associations and whose powers include receipt and consideration of the UEFA president's and UEFA Executive Committee's reports, the election of the UEFA president, of the members of the UEFA Executive Committee, of the European members of the FIFA Executive Committee and of the auditing body, the amendment of the Statutes, and the consideration of membership applications and the expulsion of a member.
